In-App Account Deletion (Recommended):

1. Open and log in to the Rehab-Link app.
2. Go to the “My Info” (我的資料) page.
3. Tap the “Delete Account” (刪除賬戶) button and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.
4. Upon confirmation, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized immediately.

Submit a Deletion Request via Email:

If you are unable to access the app or perform the deletion yourself, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us at info@rehab-links.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Our support team will process your request within 7 business days.

5. Data Retention Policy

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with legal requirements:

• Account & Personal Data: We retain your account information for as long as your Rehab-Link account remains active. When you delete your account via the in-app “Delete Account” button or request deletion via email, your personal data will be permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 7 business days.
• System Logs & Records: Certain operational logs or transactional records may be retained for up to 12 months from creation to comply with security standards and legal obligations, after which they are permanently purged.
